I just wanted to be in touch and tell you how well everything went for my client on Saturday. The vehicle was very easy to use. You were right, it did drive just like a van. My client, felt very secure and comfortable. His PSW, I think was also impressed. I had several looks from other drivers, as well as some interest from people when I parked. The positive first impression of the rental was, when I arrived at the family’s cottage on Saturday, I was told that if the family were to win the lottery they would purchase one of these vehicles for me. I found it to be very reasonable on gas. I assume that everything with the vehicle was in order when you picked it up. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dear John,

Now that I’m recovered from our journey and our jet lag I wanted to thank you for all your help in making our trip to Toronto such a success.
For starters, the car was great. I’ve got a serious case of side ramp envy and only wish we could have something similar here. It certainly made things so easy.
Secondly, it was very kind of you to be so understanding about the drivers licence fiasco. I can’t imagine Budget or Avis being quite so accommodating. If you had kicked up a fuss about it, our holiday would have been off to a really really bad start!
And finally, your helping us to source the standing frame was the absolute icing on the cake. Gabey spends a good 1-3 hours a day in his standing frame and without it we are lost. He was a much happier boy on this trip than he was on last year’s visit and so much of it was down to him being able to do his daily standing. Please forward me your supplier’s details so I also can drop them a line of thanks. It was very kind of all of you.

Thank-you John and Michael for your terrific service! Your accommodating and friendly manner was greatly appreciated. You understood our needs; meeting us at the airport, going over the operation of the vehicle, and then meeting us at departures to pick up the vehicle.
We were very pleased with the new MV1 vehicle. It was great for our son who could sit in the front and see the sights. The vehicle was comfortable, it rode nicely and there was lots of room for three people on the back seat. The trunk area was very spacious – we had eight suitcases!
We would recommend your company to anyone who asks and look forward to booking Wheelchair In Motion when we travel east again!
