During our peak season* reservations cancelled 7 calendar days or less prior to the first day of the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one single day rental fee. Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the first day of the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 2 single day rental fees.During our off season**, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the reservation and there will be no charge. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one single day rental fee.*Peak season is May 1 to Oct 15, plus Dec 20 to Jan 2 and Good Friday to Easter Monday.**Off season is Oct 16 to April 30, excluding Dec 20 to Jan 2 and Good Friday to Easter Monday.We respect the privacy of our readers.
